The head of a domestic abuse shelter in Appleton believes Ken Kratz should be punished for his actions.
Beth Schnorr of Harbor House was at yesterday's hearing, and she says she was happy to hear Kratz apologize to abuse victims, and admit that he deserves to be punished.
Schnorr says some people lost their trust in the criminal justice system, because of Kratz's actions. She says just like anyone else with a professional license, Kratz was held to a high standard. He says he should face professional consequences for violating it. |
