In less than a month, thousands of people will be on two farms in the New London area for the Wisconsin Farm Technology Days.
Outagamie County is hosting the event, and organizers are setting up. UW-Extension ag agent Kevin Jarek says some of the trailers are already in place, and the tents are coming tomorrow.
Jarek says they'll have about 15,000 visitors a day.
The Sugar Creek and Heideman Family farms are hosting the event from July 17 to the 19. Jarek says they're looking for about 1,500 volunteers.
Jarek says people can call the UW-Extension office if they want to volunteer, or go to the Farm Technology Days website. |
