The new Miss Wisconsin is from Onalaska.
23-year-old Katherine Gorman won the competition on Saturday, in Oshkosh.
She recently graduated from UW-La Crosse, with a degree in elementary art education. Gorman was Miss La Crosse-Oktoberfest.
23-year-old Kathryn Williams of Wisconsin Rapids was the first runner-up.
The winner of last year's Miss Wisconsin pageant, Laura Kaeppler, became Miss America.
