Appleton's two outdoor city swimming pools are open  for the rest of the summer.
Kabel Helmbrecht of the city's parks department oversees Mead and Erb pools, and he says they had great attendance numbers over the weekend, because of the hot weather.
He says there are still spots available, for swimming lessons. They start next Monday.
The department also partners with the school district over the summer, to open the indoor pool at West high school. |
