It’s that time. The weekend is here! We can taste it. Summer is also winding down, sadly, but that doesn’t mean the events have slowed. Here are the highlights for this week.
Friday – It looks like there is just going to be some non-threatening clouds hanging around for the night with some nice temperatures which makes is a nice recipe for some patio music. Good thing RPM is playing at Anduzzi’s in Howard. To start off, RPM is one of Wisconsin’s better bands that pack a lot of energy and genres into one show. Next I would like to point out how highly underrated I believe this Anduzzi’s location is. The patio is beautiful, the inside is just as gorgeous and the building itself fits in with the other buildings in the Howard area. They’ll be rockin’ the stage from 7-10 tonight.
Saturday – I’m sad I’m going to be missing out on this one, but I have to mention it because it’s too cool not to. Tanner’s in Kimberly will be hosting their 2nd Annual Poolside Beer Olympics. You compete in giant beer pong, bag toss, pool flip cup, giant jenga & horse. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! That sounds awesome and it should be a good day for it. $20 per team of 2 and it includes a pitcher of Coors Light. You’ve seen me rave about Tanner’s before for their patio and tacos. If you do this, I’ll be there in spirit.
Sunday – There’s always a ton of events happening on Sunday’s in Northeast Wisconsin. It almost seems like more is happening on Sunday than any other day of the week around here and that’s so wild to me! For this Sunday Chuckday I am going to toss this one to a place I’ve never been to before to see a band I’ve never seen. A-Town Unplugged on the patio at Kamp’s. Looking through pictures of the patio and the weather on Sunday, I am looking forward to checking out a new establishment here in Northeast Wisconsin.
As always, if there is something you are doing that I should check out, hit me up on Instagram, Snap Chat or Twitter @whatthechuck99. If you see me out, let’s party!
