As Thanksgiving is coming up in just a couple of more days, we look forward to all the food, football and of course, family time. For many of us, that means either going to visit or hosting all those family members we love to love from a distance.
You may not know this, because it blew my mind when I first found out, but the night before Thanksgiving is the biggest drinking night of the year. I KNOW. I thought it was New Year’s Eve too. This could be because we’re all so excited to get back together with those old friends and family members that we over indulge. Or, we can’t really stand these people and the only way to get through it all is by binge drinking in hopes to eating away our hangover the next day.
I came across these words of wisdom at The Hardware Store in Kaukauna and thought to myself, “Damn. That’s good.” Maybe this is how you’ll make it through the long weekend.
Either way, be safe, have fun and most of all, soak in all the time you can with whoever you’ll be with this weekend. Some day we’ll all be gone and it won’t seem like it was long enough. Happy Thanksgiving!
