Green Bay police say a dog bit a 58-year-old Green Bay man while he was putting his groceries in his car on the north side.
They say the bottom part of his right ear was bitten off. He was at Paul’s Pantry on Leo Frigo Way around 11:45 yesterday morning.
Police were initially looking for the dog and owner, but both have been found.
The dog is under quarantine.
