The City of Oshkosh faces a major challenge to balance next year’s budget.

Common council member Matt Mugeraurer says nearly all of that is driven by increased personnel costs.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says he will spend the next couple of months working with department heads at City Hall, to find additional savings or revenue options, before the council votes on the budget in November.
