The new Mineshaft restaurant and game room in Oshkosh will be opening in a tight labor market.
Owner Tom Masters believes their higher rate of pay will make them more attractive to perspective workers. He says because of that, anybody working in the restaurant industry will want to check them out.
Many restaurants in the Fox Valley are looking for workers.
The Mineshaft will be looking to hire more than 100 people.
