Governor Evers is calling on President Trump to listen to farmers, and put an end to what he believes are “unnecessary” trade wars, including with China.
He says aid payments can’t make up for what farmers have lost, financially or personally.
He points out that one of every nine workers in the state are connected to the agriculture industry.
