A suburban Milwaukee mother is facing child neglect charges, after her two young children were found alone in a hot car outside a store.
Police say a woman saw the kids in the car in the parking lot of a Target, last Saturday in West Allis. They say the windows were rolled up, and one of the kids was playing with a shaving razor.
The kids are two and four years old, and they weren’t seriously hurt. It was 78 outside at the time.
Twenty-seven-year-old Allison Andrade of West Allis was arrested.
