Taxpayers are on the hook for $200,000 in legal fees for the attorneys of a liberal group, after Republican lawmakers blocked the group on Twitter.
A federal judge in January ruled that Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and Rep. John Nygren of Marinette infringed on the the rights of One Wisconsin Now.
The group routinely criticizes Republicans on social media.
Judge William Conley says the lawmakers acted unconstitutionally.
