The former Park Central building in downtown Appleton has a new owner.
The spot along College Avenue has been empty for several years and a developer hopes to change that.
Matthew Cole hasn’t announced any immediate plans. He’s an executive for Dealer Inspire and he helped renovate the former Gil-Tech building in the 400 block of West College Avenue. It now has office space on the first floor with some apartments upstairs.
Cole bought the Park Central building from the Batra Hospitality Group. Batra took it over four years ago and the company was planning to have office space there.
