The owners of the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh are facing another lawsuit.
ACW Wisconsin is accusing Fox Valley Pro Basketball of not paying bills from an event in April. The wrestling promoters say the arena owes them $30,000 from ticket sales.
The owners filed for bankruptcy this week, and that means the lawsuit will likely be on hold for now.
ACW is also moving its Night of the Legends event on October 5th from the arena to the Masonic Temple.
