The Oshkosh Common Council goes behind closed doors tonight to discuss the financial situation of the Menominee Nation Arena.
Council members will be briefed on the facility’s bankruptcy filing and how that could affect the tax incremental financing district created for the project.
Last week a bankruptcy judge approved a $200,000 loan from Windward Wealth Management to Fox Valley Pro Basketball to keep the arena running during the bankruptcy proceedings.
Both companies are headed up by Greg Pierce.
