The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department locates a missing boater on Lake Winnebago. David Daniels of Texas was last seen around 10:00 Thursday morning leaving Willow Point south of Oshkosh in a white pontoon boat. He was not heard from the rest of the day. An all-night search of the lake system found Daniels unharmed early this morning.
