The first day of school can be a big one for incoming high school freshmen, and districts around the Fox Valley are trying to help them.
Kimberly High School hosted them yesterday, and upperclassmen in the Link Crew program put together a number of activities.
Science teacher Kayla Sutton is the adviser for the Link Crew, and she says they want to make sure freshmen know about all of the extra-curricular activities and clubs. She believes they offer so many different things, that there’s a place where every student can be successful.
The freshmen at Kimberly also went on guided tours of the school.
