Drivers can now use the new Lake Park Road in Harrison and Menasha.
Construction started on the stretch from Highway 10-114 to Midway Road in April.
Calumet County Highway Commissioner Brian Glaeser says they have one lane in each direction, and a center turn lane. Crews also built a roundabout at Manitowoc Road.
Glaeser says they added a sidewalk on the east side of the street, and a 10-foot-wide path on the west side.
The project cost $5.6 million.
