Oshkosh Police are investigating a reported attack on a jogger. The woman was running in the area of Nevada Avenue and Menominee Drive around 1:20 Sunday afternoon when a young, African-American man shoved her to the ground. He immediately ran off after that. Officer Kate Mann says investigators are not sure if the motive was an assault or a robbery. The jogger was not hurt and nothing was stolen from her.
