One of the suspects in a damage spree in the Fox Cities is going to prison for six years.
Eighteen-year-old Brandon Fossum of Appleton helped cause about $1 million in damage at the Community First Champion Center construction site early last year. Police also linked him to two elevator fires in parking ramps in downtown Appleton.
Fossum pleaded no contest to a series of charges last month.
Nineteen-year-old Kevin Peterson of Appleton has a plea hearing scheduled for next month. Two other teens were charged in juvenile court.
Investigators believe they also vandalized an apartment building construction site in Little Chute, and a home project in Appleton.
Fossum will spend 24 years on probation, after he’s released from prison.
