Florida Georgia Line members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley are swallowing their pride a bit because despite their public social media plea for Carrie Underwood to team up with them on a specific song, she turned them down. Tyler revealed the news recently while visiting with CMT personality Cody Alan. He said, “We got turned down on that one. You don’t win ‘em all. I guess she didn’t love it as much as we did, but that’s alright.”
Carrie's busy schedule seemed to play in her decision. Brian added, “I think she said it was amazing and she’d love to, but it was right around her book tour release and so she was super busy and didn’t really have time, but who knows, who knows where it will go. Now it’s just open game.”
Carrie released her first book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life, in March.
