A second Brown County community testing site for coronavirus will be ready tomorrow.
It will open in the morning at Casa ALBA Melanie in the 300 block of S. Madison Street in downtown Green Bay.
Claire Paprocki of county’s public health department believes the biggest reason for new confirmed cases is community spread, and not facilities. She thinks someone has the same chance of catching COVID-19 while having a drink in a neighbor’s drive, as working at a meat plant.
There are five new confirmed COVID-19 deaths in Brown County. Three were women and they were 29, 50 and 96 years old. The two men were 52 and 96.
The county has now had 11 deaths.
