A former police chief in Madison will go through the investigation of a Kenosha police shooting.
Noble Wray will be a consultant, and put together an analysis for Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley. He retired after leading Madison’s department for 10 years, and he’s been a consultant around the country.
Jacob Blake was shot seven times in the back by a Kenosha officer last month. Officers were trying to arrest him, after a woman called and reported he wasn’t allowed at her apartment.
Attorney General Josh Kaul says his department is still investigating.
