Two members of the Oshkosh School Board will not be running for re-election next spring. Allison Garner and Board Vice President Kelly Olmsted have filed notices of non-candidacy. Garner has been on the board since 2011–while Olmsted was first elected in 2015. Garner cites a desire to spend more time with her family and on her career. A third incumbent, Jim Evans is up for re-election in April.
