If you added “Eat Healthier” to your list of New Year’s Resolutions, here’s a few sweet snacks to get you started.
Peanut Butter Energy Bites
These energy bites couldn’t be easier to make. Mix peanut butter, oats, honey, mini chocolate chips and flax or chia seeds (or sub extra oats) together in a bowl and chill for 15-30 minutes before rolling into bites.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites
Slice bananas and spread peanut butter on half of the slices. Sandwich with remaining banana slices and place in the freezer to harden just a bit. Dip banana bites half way into melted chocolate and place them back in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Berry Granola Frozen Yogurt Bark
Kid and adult approved! Blend berries, yogurt and honey until smooth and spread onto a baking sheet or dish. Sprinkle with additional berries and granola and place in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Take the sheet out and break into chunks with your hands.
