13-year old involved in fatal hit and run incident is charged as an adult

A 13-year old boy is charged as an adult in connection with a hit and run incident that killed an Oshkosh woman. Jayden Adams is facing counts of First Degree Reckless Homicide and Hit and Run Resulting in Death. Adams is one of four teens accused of trying to steal Sunita Balogun’s Jeep in a Wauwatosa hotel parking lot last week–before running her over several times.  The three teens with Adams are all facing charges in juvenile court.
