Criminal charges are filed against an Appleton teen accused of making threats against Neenah High School. Robert Lehto is facing one count of Making a Terrorist Threat in Winnebago County Court. According to the criminal complaint, Lehto sent a picture of a gun and a video of him driving to Neenah High to his ex-girlfrend on Monday. The girl called 9-1-1 and Neenah High and two elementary schools were put into lockdown. Lehto was arrested at his home that afternoon. He faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
