New cases of coronavirus in Wisconsin continue to trend higher. The state Department of Health Services reports 4,968 positive tests over the weekend–which increases the weekly average to 2,193 a day. There were another 30-deaths since last Friday–bringing the statewide total to 8,627. Outagamie, Winnebago, Green Lake and Dodge counties each had one death.
Winnebago County recorded 164 new cases. Outagamie County had 156. Brown County was up by 117 new cases–while Calumet County had 44.
