Gas prices are holding steady in the Fox Valley. GasBuddy.com reports the average for regular unleaded increased one-cent in the Appleton area to $3.03 a gallon last week. Gas prices in Green Bay stayed at$3.11. We are paying $1.28 more for gas now than a year ago.
