A teenager accused of killing one man and injuring another in a shooting at the Fox River Mall reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Dezman Ellis is convicted in Outagamie County Court on a reduced charge of Second Degree Intentional Homicide and Reckless Endangerment. Ellis was 17 when he shot and killed Javannie Frausto in the food court at the mall back in January. A bystander was also injured by gunfire. He faces up to 71-years in prison when sentenced on February 1st .
