Doemel will not veto portions of Winnebago County budget

Winnebago County Executive Jon Doemel will not use his veto pen on the new county budget. Doemel had threatened to veto an amendment added by the County Board that removed his plan to add a Policy Director position to his office. Doemel says that he will attempt to have the position added through the regular personnel process next year.
