Green Bay Police says east side standoff has ended

Green Bay Police say an armed standoff on the city’s east side has come to an end. The SWAT team was called to a home in the area of Clay and Emilie Streets on the report of a man with a gun who had barricaded himself inside. Residents in a one-block area were told to shelter in their basements. No other details have been released.
