An Appleton man that tried to rob a liquor store reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Kyle Peebles is convicted in Outagamie County Court on charges of Attempted Armed Robbery and Substantial Battery–while three other counts are dismissed. Peebles pulled a gun on a clerk at Memorial Liquor back in August–striking the clerk several times. He ran off after firing his handgun and having the weapon kick back into his face. Peebles faces up to 43-years in prison when sentenced on January 27th.
