A Green Bay house is targeted in a drive-by shooting for a second time this week. Shots were fired at the home along Hubbard Street around 1:00 this (Friday) morning. No one was hurt. More than 30-shots were fired at the house and three cars early Wednesday morning. No arrests have been made yet.
