Omro double murder trial postponed

The trial of a man accused of killing a wife and a friend in an Omro home has been postponed. Andrew Clark was to stand trial in Winnebago County Court next week on two counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Mutilation of a Corpse. Clark allegedly shot his wife–Melissa–and Lavar Wallace to death in a home along Elo Road and then tried to set the bodies on fire back in October of 2020. No new trial date has been set.
