A Green Bay man is charged with mutilating a corpse, though authorities are not yet releasing details about the case. 29-year old Jeisaac Rodriguez-Garcia appeared before the Brown County Court Commission this afternoon. He’s held in the Brown County Jail on a $10,000 bond. A criminal complaint in the case has been ordered to filed by January 21st. The prosecutor in the case tells Action 2 News that Rodriguez-Garcia is “alleged to be involved in a very serious criminal conduct.” Action 2 News reports a 2021 number listed on his jail information and the only suspicious death reported during that time frame is that of Jason Mendez-Ramos, whose body was discovered near U-W Green Bay September 28th. But again, authorities are currently not releasing any details on the case related to the charges against Rodriguez-Garcia.
