Outagamie County surpasses 40-thousand cases of coronavirus since the start of the pandemic. That number was reached Thursday–as the state Department of Health Services reports 8,084 positive tests statewide. That lowers the weekly average to 7,958 new cases a day. There were another 47-deaths reported on Thursday–bringing the statewide total to 10,997.
