The Two Rivers City Council has approved the sale and redevelopment for the former Unit-Mart property on Washington Street.
The agreement is with Wine Not, LLC. The company plans to invest more than $240,000 to the building and site and bring in three businesses: an outdoor recreational rental company, a gift, décor and clothing store and a gelato outlet.
The property sold for $10,000 dollars. The agreement calls on Wine Not to invest at least $100,000 within the next 18 months.
