An April 18th trial date is set for a Green Bay murder suspect. Pedro Santiago-Marquez is charged in Brown County Court with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Being Party to Mutilation of a Corpse. Santiago-Marquez is accused of shooting Jason Mendez-Ramos over a drug debt in September of last year. Mendez-Ramos’ body was found burned along a trail near the U-W Green Bay campus. Santiago-Marquez faces life in prison if convicted.
