An Appleton man who held a woman against her will reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Curtis Meyer is convicted in Outagamie County Court on charges of Burglary and False Imprisonment. Meyer broke into a home along West Lorain Street and would not allow a woman living there to leave in July of last year. He faces up to 18-years in prison–but no sentencing date has been set.
