An August 2nd trial date is set for a Fond du Lac man accused of intentionally crashing into a motorcyclist. Daniel Navarro is charged in Fond du Lac County Court with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Reckless Endangerment with hate crime enhancers. Navarro allegedly slammed into the motorcycle operated by Phillip Thiessen along a rural road back in July of 2020. Navarro reportedly told investigators he targeted Thiessen because he was riding a Harley-Davidson–and that all Harley owners are racist. He faces life in prison if convicted.
