GREEN BAY, Wis. — One person is displaced after an apartment fire on Green Bay’s west side.
Crews were called around 8:35 a.m. Wednesday to a 10-unit complex on Western Avenue for smoke in a unit.
Firefighters found a bathroom ceiling fan on fire, which had spread into a ceiling truss and into the attic. It was quickly extinguished but caused an estimated $1,000 in damage.
No injuries were reported.
