OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Appleton teenager who made threats against Neenah High School accepts a deferred prosecution deal.
If Robert Lehto stays out of trouble for 18-months, one felony count of Making Terrorist Threats will be dismissed.
Lehto sent pictures of guns to his ex-girlfriend at Neenah High back in October.
The incident led to a lockdown at several Neenah and Appleton schools.
