OSHKOSH, Wis–A Fox Crossing woman will spend two years in prison for her role in running a drug house. Ashtyn Hale is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to five years on extended supervision for Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Possession With Intent to Deliver.
Hale was one of three people that was selling drugs out of a home along Happy Valley Drive in the spring of 2020. Billie Gerver was sentenced to six months in jail, while John Hale got a one year jail sentence.
