NEW LONDON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers hopes to provide the Appleton Boy Scouts aboard the Amtrak train that derailed in Missouri this week with some type of state honor for their rescue efforts:
The Scouts broke windows, helped people off the train and tried to save the life of one of the victims.
