Rolling Loud founder Tariq Cherif has spoken out about Kanye West pulling out of Rolling Loud Miami. Cherif took to social media to reveal that he “tried to convince Ye to stay.” Cherif added, “He wasn't having it.” When followers bought up Travis Scott, Cherif said, “Venue won't allow Travis because of astroworld deaths.” He later told TMZ that he deleted the tweets about Travis Scott because “it simply was not accurate.
Rolling Loud reportedly asked Scott to headline the event but unfortunately, the timing didn't work out. TMZ reported that “Tariq's comment on Instagram appears to have been made out of frustration from negative posts from festival-goers demanding Travis.”
