OSHKOSH, Wis. — The Jackson and Oregon Street Bridge in Oshkosh will remain closed to traffic into November.
Repair work on the bridge was scheduled to start next Monday, but the Department of Transportation says that parts will not be available until Nov. 11.
The state hopes the bridge will reopen a week after that.
The drawbridge has been shut down since May after worn gears were found in the lift mechanism on one side of the span.
