WAUKESHA, Wis–A sentencing date is now set for the Waukesha Christmas Parade attacker. Judge Jennifer Dorrow schedules a two-day hearing for Darrell Brooks to learn his punishment: November 15th and 16th. Brooks was found guilty on 76-felony charges, including six counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide, each of which carry a mandatory life prison sentence.
Judge Dorrow will allow some of the 36-witnesses for the state to testify by video conference during the sentencing hearing. Brooks claims he will have 20-people testify on his behalf.
