OSHKOSH, Wis–As tickets are already being sold for the event, the scheduled Train and Better Than Ezra concert still has not been reserved for the Leach Amphitheater in Oshkosh. A statement from the city, which owns and operates the Leach, says no reservations or deposits have been made for the August 6th date.
The show’s promoter, the Oshkosh Arena, hasn’t even filled out an application to use the amphitheater that day.

The Oshkosh Arena has issued a statement saying “All plans on having this event at the Leach Amphitheater are moving forward as planned.”
As a municipal facility, booking of the Leach is done on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning if anyone else put in a reservation and paid the deposit for August 6th, the concert would not be held there. Tickets for the show went on sale earlier this month and were marked by a delay, as an improper seating chart was provided to Ticketmaster for the general admission event.
