GREEN BAY,WI — A Green Bay man suspected of being under the influence of marijuana prior to a two-vehicle crash is now charged in that case. 18-year-old Jackson Engels was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in that crash at the intersection of Main Street and Abrams Street/Newberry Avenue. Engels and a 17-year-old De Pere man suffered non-life threatening injuries. A 63-year-old Green Bay man suffered life-threatening injuries in that crash and is being treated at a local hospital. Engels is now charged with Injury by Intoxicated Use of a vehicle, Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Operating While Intoxicated Causing injury. The crash remains under investigation.

GREEN BAY, WI — A two-vehicle crash in Green Bay injures three people and may be the result of impaired driving and excessive speed. Green Bay Police were dispatched Monday evening to the intersection of Main Street, Abrams Street and Newberry Avenue for reports of a vehicle crash. A 63-year-old Green Bay man is hospitalized for life-threatening injuries. A 17-year-old De Pere man along with an 18-year-old Green Bay man were treated for non-life threatening injuries. The 18-year-old was the driver of one of the vehicles and was taken into custody on suspicion of being under the influence of T-H-C. Green Bay Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
